MotoGP Phillip Island, take a deep breath
Today saw an action packed Phillip Island main race, in fact action packed is an understatement of note. We begin with the revised race format from race direction, largely thanks to Bridgestone, who were unable to guarantee their rear tyre post 10 laps. This is probably due to Phillip Island having recently been resurfaced.

Marquez looses a point and Lorenzo speaks about the season to date
Marc Marquez has lost a point in the overall championship standing due to his action's in the Aragon race. He also lost all manufacturers points attained in that race. There is no doubt that Jorge Lorenzo feels that race direction made the correct decision, although he refused to comment at the press conference.
